Shana’s life is an epic journey through the battlegrounds of personal trial, sacred growth, and visionary leadership. Hailing from Darwin, Australia and calling Southern California home since age 22, Shana's spirit of entrepreneurship and compassion emerged early, guiding her to work with her stepfather in reimagining the family business and later illustrating her capacity for rapid promotion and leadership in the call center industry. Deciding to venture to Los Angeles at the age of 22, Shana entered a realm where her inherent talent for strategic thinking and vision could truly shine. Her brand-building and media strategy skills, honed through more than two decades in marketing, winning over 50 industry awards on behalf of her Fortune 500 and VC-backed startup clients, and surged them into new heights of success and visibility - demonstrating her capacity to create synergies between diverse domains and to serve as an architect of societal change.

Overall, Shana’s story has been one marked by tenacity and that uniquely human brand of spirituality that seeks to marry the worlds of the spiritual and the high- regulated. However, this indomitable spirit deeply stems from a pivotal moment on Christmas Eve 2015, when she found out her kidneys were failing, and then again in 2020 facing her own mortality with an additional realization that her heart was also failing. After being on her death bed and advocating for urgency in her own circumstances, she miraculously received a heart and kidney organ offer. Flatlining and coming back right before the double transplant surgery, Shana underwent an NDE experience that bestowed a new sense of clarity and purpose. 

Now a grateful heart and kidney transplant survivor, Shana has transcended adversity to reshape the approaches, pioneering services tailor- made for the individuals thrust into the storm of life-altering medical diagnoses. 

Shana has committed herself to elevating every domain she enters, from her corporate roles, spiritual connections to her speaking engagements, all with the same vigor and dedication that defines her being. and diplomatic service inherited from her mother, an advocate for memorializing cultural stories, and her father, a high level politician in the East Timorese government, as well as her family who have shaped the conflict affected nation's reconstruction. Through unsung acts, Shana’s quiet generosities have touched the lives of many and have nurtured financial autonomy within the community. In addition, have led to the birth of various grassroots programs all contributing to the engagement of East Timor's vibrant growth.
